This Privacy Policy explains how Day One Foundry LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Vibrations mobile application (the “App”). We built Vibrations to be a calm, private place for your daily practice, and we keep the information we handle to the minimum needed to run it. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
We do not require, request, or receive personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or phone number. Vibrations has no user accounts, no social login, and no contact syncing.
Your goals, affirmations, scripting and 369 entries, gratitude entries, saved favorites, wins, notification preferences, chosen focus, and streak are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. We do not have access to this information. If you delete the App, this information is removed with it.
Vibrations offers an optional “Plus” subscription. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using Apple’s In-App Purchase and StoreKit systems, and we never receive or store your payment card details. To deliver and restore your subscription across reinstalls and devices, the App uses RevenueCat, Inc., a subscription-management service. RevenueCat receives your in-app purchase and subscription history together with an anonymous, app-generated identifier used to associate your purchases. It does not receive your name or email from us. RevenueCat’s handling of this information is governed by the RevenueCat Privacy Policy, and Apple’s handling of your purchase by the Apple Privacy Policy.
If you turn on the optional daily reminder, the App schedules a local notification on your device at the time you choose. This is handled entirely by iOS on your device, and no reminder content or schedule is sent to us.
Vibrations displays no advertisements, contains no advertising identifiers, and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Vibrations is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because Vibrations has no account and stores your content on your device, you remain in control of your information at all times. You can remove all of it by deleting the App, and you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
