These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pozu mobile application (the “App”), provided by Day One Foundry LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
The photos, strips, and clips you create with Pozu are yours. We do not claim any ownership of them, and we do not access, collect, or store them. You are responsible for the content you capture and for how you share it.
Pozu offers optional paid upgrades (“Pozu Pro”) that unlock additional frames, layouts, and features:
You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse engineering it, interfering with its operation, or using it to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Day One Foundry LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
