This Privacy Policy explains how Day One Foundry LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Pozu mobile application (the “App”). Pozu is a photo-booth app, and we built it to keep your photos yours. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
We do not require or request any directly identifying information such as your name, email address, postal address, or phone number. Pozu has no user accounts, no social login, and no contact syncing. We do not operate analytics or advertising SDKs in the App, and we do not maintain servers that receive your personal information.
Pozu needs camera access to take your photos in the booth. Camera frames are processed entirely on your device in real time so you can see the live preview and capture your strip. They are never recorded by us, sent to us, or shared with any third party.
The photo strips and short clips you make are stored on your device within the App. If you choose to save a strip, it is written to your device’s photo library; if you choose to share one, it is handed to the share destination you pick. These actions are taken by you, and the resulting files are under your control. We do not have access to them.
If you subscribe to Pozu Pro or buy the lifetime unlock, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple manages billing and provides the App with your current entitlement status so we can unlock paid features. We never receive or store your credit card or payment information.
Pozu is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App collects no personal information at all, it is suitable for a general audience.
If we change how the App handles information (for example, if we later add optional, privacy-respecting analytics), we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
